Because I grew up in a religious household the topic of spirituality has always been at the forefront of my mind. My spirituality is something which connects me to other humans in an attempt to make a more inclusive world. Though we may use different words to define our spirituality I've been fortunate enough to have deep, meaningful conversations with a number of individuals on this podcast over the years.
