"Any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of [their] deep and continuing needs, is good for [them]." - Maya Angelou

Because this podcast has a parenting bent to it I've been fortunate enough to interview many amazing authors over the years. Whether we're discussing children's or young adult books every single author I've spoken to is passionate about equipping children with the tools they need for this world. This category is probably the one which most aligns with the mission of the podcast 'to make a more inclusive world.' I hope you'll enjoy these episodes at least half as much as I did.
The episodes listed below run the gamut of conversations related to: important representation in books, processing emotions, and how to raise inclusive kids. (NOTE: Some guests have returned to the podcast and we've listed all of their episodes beneath their picture)
